How do I change my bank account?

Tappr enables you sales to be deposited into your nominated transactional or merchant account, no matter what bank you are with. If you wish to add a new bank account, we are required to verify that the account is active. This verification process can take between 1 - 2 business days to be completed. Note: Must be an Australian bank account.

 To change your bank account go to the Tappr Dashboard.
 Then go to Settings > Bank Accounts > Add Bank Account.

 From there enter your Account Name, BSB Number, Account Number and click Save.
 Our customer support team will then review the request and reach out accordingly if we require more information.
