How do I change my bank account?

Tappr enables you sales to be deposited into your nominated transactional or merchant account, no matter what bank you are with.

If you wish to add a new bank account, we are required to verify that the account is active & advise our banking partner. 

To request a change of bank account, please email our support team on support@tappr.io and our team will email you a confirmation form, which you need to complete & sign and also provide a copy of the bank statement for this new account.

This will be submitted to our banking partner and should be updated within 1 - 2 business days.

Note: Must be an Australian bank account.
