Being unable to access your account because you can't remember your password is annoying so if you cannot remember your password or are having trouble resetting your password or security questions, the following tips will help to get you back on track.
Reset your Password online
To reset your password online, click the “Forgot” link on the Login screen
Type in the email address associated with your Tappr account and click “Password Reset”. We’ll automatically send a new temporary password to your nominated email account.
If you have set a Security Question, you must answer this correctly to continue.
Reset the Password on the App
To reset your password from Tappr App, upon login tap the “forgot” button on the bottom left hand side of the app.
You’ll be prompted to enter your Tappr account email address and if you have a security question, you must answer this correctly. Once that is over, you’ll receive a temporary password to your nominated email account.
Reset your Security Question
Tappr thinks about security long and hard so we’ve added a security question feature to the app. Answering this question correctly will be required from time to time for major settings changes.
If you have forgotten the answer to your question, the following tips may assist or jog your memory:
You security answer may be case sensitive.
Did you enter an abbreviation? What street did you previously live? Broad Street vs Broad St.
